London/Vaduz Liechtenstein won last week at the “Crypto Challenge Forum” in London the award “Blockchain Ecosystem of the Year”.
The award recognizes the efforts and developments of the Blockchain Ecosystem in Liechtenstein, which has been actively promoted by Head of Government Adrian Hasler for over a year. On the one hand, the jury appreciates the efforts of the Liechtenstein government to create an innovation-friendly environment, in which the regulatory laboratory at the Financial Market Authority and the new Blockchain Act are particularly noteworthy. On the other hand, the jury also recognizes the broad range of service providers with a crypto-friendly attitude in Liechtenstein.
The prize was accepted by Thomas Dünser, an expert in financial center innovation and digitization at the Ministry of Presidential and Financial Affairs, and Thomas Nägele, President of the Crypto Country Association Liechtenstein.
